The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Stanley Carter (GLCM, LLCM, ARCO, PGCE) as its new Organist and Director of Music.
Stanley is currently working as the Head of Music at Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Luton, a post he has held for 20 years. Stanley has a great deal of experience in training school choirs and is keen to re-establish a regular choir to assist Sunday worship at Elstow Abbey.
Fr. Paul commented: “Stanley displayed a passion, drive, vision, with a quality of musicianship that led to a unanimous decision to appoint him”.
